Meet Jody Carrington in person: Wednesday, August 19, 9 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)/Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) -7

Session Description

Emotional Intelligence has long been discussed in organizations as a requirement for soft skills—often considered secondary after ensuring policies and procedures are firmly in place. Turns out, however, that the most mentally well, productive, and best-led teams have a clear understanding of emotional intelligence.

Let Jody Carrington help you understand how to better perceive, control, and evaluate emotions, both in yourself and others. She believes this will lead to more impactful leadership, reduce burnout experiences, and help navigate challenging conversations and change. From a neurophysiological perspective, she will walk through what it means to access the best parts of yourselves and your teams, and discuss practical, easily implemented strategies for success among real people.
